Customer experiences
Conceptualization of a maintenance service
Ekolämmöx Ltd participated in the NUOTTA project with the aim of exploring potential demand for new additional services and the concept of a maintenance service.
“We needed to assess customers’ wishes and needs for the maintenance of heating systems. In the NUOTTA project, a customer survey was conducted on the content and pricing of the maintenance service. “- Kari Balk, Ekolämmöx Ltd, Vihti
Customer value with steel
The NUOTTA project provided Karotek with an excellent opportunity to investigate what expectations and wishes customers currently have and how they can be met.
“The NUOTTA project was, in my opinion, good and useful. The staff at Techvilla were very knowledgeable and guided us clearly through the different stages of the project. “- Ursula Ikonen, Karotek Oy, Tuusula
Fluency in internal logistics
As the sales of the cosmetics online store Naturelle Pro Beauty have surged, the warehouse and shipping operations have struggled to keep pace. The company received valuable assistance through an internal logistics assessment conducted as part of the WIMMA project.
“We are satisfied and grateful for the project’s services. We received a lot of good practical instructions and an outside perspective to support our growth. We have already implemented many of the development ideas that came up in the project.” – Lena Priester, Naturelle Pro Beauty Oy, Tuusula
Timber news from Mäntsälä
The office of Elam Oy, a manufacturer of building boards, is adorned with various wood veneer patterns up to the ceiling. The company participated in the pilot group of the WIMMA project, where their digital marketing efforts were developed over six months.
Electronic game boosts the business
Vision Factory specializes in business development through the use of games. The pilot and visual design of the electronic version of the InnoBoost game were developed as part of the WIMMA project.
Cobot adds power to production
The pilot of the WIMMA project was successful: When machinist-programmer leaves work, the UR10e cobot, or collaborative robot, starts another shift. The robot works non-stop as long as there are enough blanks, effectively doubling productivity.
“The best part was that we actually got to try out the robot. Watching videos on YouTube or reading user experiences online is one thing, but hands-on experience is entirely different. It brought to mind various ideas about what this device can and cannot do – and it turned out to be surprisingly capable.” – Tero Palmio, Levyx Oy, Nurmijärvi
